Home is equipped with kitchen dishes & pots, new pillows & bed linens, and towels, new blinds & curtains, new lighting fixtures, freshly painted (inside and out) with new mini split AC in living room, AC wall unit in bedroom, ceiling fans, new granite countertops in kitchen with stainless steel double sink, updated stove and refrigerator.

Amenities include swimming pool & spa, fitness center, BBQ, clubhouse, pickleball, billiards, firepit, laundry, picnic tables and monthly community events. Agave Village is close to all shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and health facilities.

Must be approved by park manager for residency with a background check.
