This beautiful duplex is located in a Historic Bungalow built in the late 1920s, centrally located in Lakeland downtown. Nice park across the street for exercising or spending time with kids. Walgreens is one block away, and local bars, restaurants, antique stores, and lots of beautiful historic bungalows

1. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, and three kitchen trash bags.
2. What Linens are included? - Linens for the beds, bath towels, hand towels, and cloth. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you.
3. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, pots and pans, wine glasses, cups, and a coffee machine.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances pets are allowed.
5. What time is check-in and checkout? - You may check in anytime after 4 pm and must checkout before 10 am on the day of your departure.
Mariana will be happy to assist you! She knows all about the locals, parks, places, and events happening in town. You can call anytime between 8 am - 10 pm. After this period, a text message will be appreciated.
Dixieland Historic District is a charming neighborhood! Artsy, family-friendly, with lots of antique stores, coffee shops, parks, lakes, and beautiful brick paver streets with historic bungalows. We are centrally located, which makes us close to everything!
You will receive a door code and directions to access the house at 9 am on your arrival date.

The house sleeps 2 guests. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a second room for office/closet.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, and pots/pans for your use. Kitchen features a confection oven, stove top, Keurig coffee machine, and refrigerator.
The unit has 1 full bathroom. Lines, towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
One smart TV in the living room, internet, washer and dryer is also available.

We are a few steps from a very nice park that has an area for jogging, basketball, a large field, and a playground. Around the corner is Walgreens and all the shops at South Florida Ave.
