Spacious Cottage/Guest House, centrally located in Lakeland downtown. There is a beautiful park across the street for exercising. Walgreens one block away, local bars, restaurants, antique stores and lots of lovely historic bungalows. This unit has the access through the alley. It is easy to find, very private and peaceful
Guests will receive a door code and directions to access the house at 9 am on arrival date.

Dixieland Historic District is a charming neighborhood! Artsy, family-friendly, lots of antique stores, coffee shops, parks, lakes, and beautiful brick paver streets with historic bungalows. We are centrally located, which makes us close to everything!
You have full access to the property. The entrance is through the alley.

1. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and kitchen trash bags.
2. What Linens are included? - Linens for the beds, bath towels, hand towels and cloth. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you.
3. What does the kitchen includes? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including toaster, pots and pans, wine glasses, cups and a coffee machine.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances pets are allowed.
5. What time is check in and checkout? - Check in anytime after 4 pm and checkout before 10 am on the day of your departure.
The cottage sleeps 2 guests. The studio has a queen bed and fully stocked kitchen with plates, utensils and pots/pans for your use. Kitchen features a confection oven, stove top, coffee machine and refrigerator.
The unit has 1 full bathroom. Lines, towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
One smart Tv in the living room, internet, washer and dryer is also available.
