3 Bdrm Private Cottage in Heart of Niagara, walk to Town and Minutes to Wineries

Chelsea Corner graces the south west corner of Simcoe and Mary Streets in the heart of Niagara-on-the Lake's "Old Town". Sleeping 6 guests comfortably, over three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous main floor living room, dining room and country kitchen givings guests the feeling of "home away from home".

A gorgeous wrap around porch offers an outdoor oasis. Ideally located within walking distance to Queen Street (the centre of the Old Town tourist area), all Shaw theatres, and countless restaurants and shops. Complimentary parking and WIFI include.

Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Exterior cameras are in place. Our local manager lives nearby and is available for any questions or concerns during your stay.

Location was great for walking to the downtown or biking to get to the bike paths. Lovely area and enjoyed the accomodations particularly the wrap around veranda. It rained 2 days solid so the veranda was great. Everything we needed. M.Williams

Niagara wedding weekend

We rented this Mary Street property to stay in during our son‘s wedding weekend. It was very conveniently located. We stayed a total of four days and really enjoyed the wraparound porch during our time spent there. The property offers various areas to enjoy being outside as well as comfortable seating inside. Kitchen was well stocked for everything that we required. Even a few staples in the cupboard. Would recommend this property if you’re looking to enjoy Niagara on the lake for a few days just a short walk to Queen Street and easy access to any winery.

Belle maison.Propre et très bien équipée..cuisine etc.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette demeure à NOTL. Très bien située pour visiter les vignobles et pour se rendre aux chutes ainsi qu'au village.

Biking through Niagara-On-The-Lake

Booking and arrival went very smoothly! A group of 6 adults, we stayed 3 nights. House was as advertised. Enjoyed the wrap around deck in the morning and all evening. Great location for biking either on the trail to Niagara Falls or around Niagara on the Lake or hitting up a few wineries. Would highly recommend.

The Property is very charming and has a very cottage feel to it

This property is great, we enjoyed our stay very much, some suggestions for improvement would be the AC runs a bit weak in the peak hot days and the road noise on Mary Street can be a little loud at times.

5 stars for Chelsea Corner

The property was exactly as described - clean, well-stocked and close to the hub of NOTL. The wrap-around porch was a dream to enjoy coffee in the morning, lunch and dinners. As per another review - traffic is fairly consistent and noisy along Mary St - but not enough to dampen the overall experience. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit NOTL - hopefully COVID will be over by then!!

Beautiful house in the perfect location

Lovely home

The house is well appointed and as shown in the listing. It has all the dishes, pots/pans, cutlery and glassware you could ever need. The couple is quite friendly and helpful and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. It's about a 10min walk to Queen St where there is a small grocery store, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors and coffee shops... it is quite lovely. The neighbourhood has beautiful homes and lots of greenery. Our group had a lovely relaxing stay and we all would recommend staying here in a heart-beat!

Perfect stay!

We spent 4 nights at Chelsea House with our 3 adult children and everything about the house (well-equiped kitchen, clealiness), the communications (Jamie gave us tips of the area and was very nice) and the location was perfect! We rented e-bikes 2 minutes from the house and toured the wineries; we walked to the restaurants and to the beach. We highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wonderful property!

This is a wonderful property within walking distance to Queen Street shopping , theatres and restaurants . Also a short drive to most wineries or bike ride . We spent a girls weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay touring the region and returning to the clean well equipped cottage at night. Fantastic porch to enjoy some downtime and happy hour outside . We would highly recommend this property ! Jamie was great and a very informative host with awesome Winery and restaurant recommendations .

Nice location and very clean

My family enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The thing I liked best was the location because we were able to walk to town and the lake without any issue. Fabulous stores, restaurants, and parks. We could even walk to the grocery. The owners were gracious. We had a small request when we arrived and they were over within minutes. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The only reason I did not give the property 5 stars was the traffic noise in the front bedroom at night due to the home being on a busy street. Yet, if we are ever in the area again, we would love to return.
