Welcome to 1520 Pintail Lane - your pet-friendly retreat just a stroll away from the serene Broadkill Beach! This cozy cottage offers a spacious deck and screened-in area, perfect for summer nights under the stars. With complimentary kayaks, explore the tranquil bay and create unforgettable family memories. Golfers will delight in the nearby Rookery Golf Club, while downtown Milton beckons with its historic charm and lively atmosphere. And with Lewes and Rehoboth Beach just a short drive away, your coastal getaway awaits.
$250 Non-refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only. 2 dog max. Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $299.04.

3 night booking minimum.
Bedding-
1 King, 1 Queen. 1 Double & 1 Single, 1 Bunk Bed w/ Trundle, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
