Prepare meals with ease in our well-equipped kitchen, There is a small refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils, drip coffee maker, cutlery, plates, cups and mugs.

PARKING: Parking on the premises may be available for an additional fee that must be reserved and prepaid beforehand. Please contact us immediately if you would like to explore this option to ensure availability. If it is not available, street parking options are available nearby, though fees may vary and are not guaranteed.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Please NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS. No indoor smoking. Feel free to smoke in the outdoor areas.
All trash must be thrown away in bags in the dumpster located in the alley along the building toward Alton Road.
Remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. We ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
