Private getaway in modern mountain design. Overlooking water on deck in nature.
Secluded getaway close to town with an elegant modern mountain design. View of fountain on waterfront concrete, enclosed deck. You are surrounded by nature in an elegant setting. We have a pool table and workout room located in a different building. Just a Little walk down through the koi pond garden. Jacuzzi sitting (seasonal)on deck with fire pit and patio furniture. Relaxing, tranquil Space. Access to entire lower level of the house. Pets allowed with deposit. Only persons booked are allowed on property. Please let me know if you need the 2nd bed set up. Owner will be on property sometimes. No parties. We are Located 1 mile away from Downstream casino. 3/4 of a mile away from full convenience store. Property has private areas to walk with lots of nature. Woods, Koi pond, fishing pole provided. Private and quiet. Security cameras located in driveway’s entrances by the garage and game/workout building and west side door entrance.

Private yet close to town. Beautiful setting with lots of nature. No neighbors that are close. You cannot see a house from the deck.
What makes this property unique
The setting is absolutely beautiful and serene. Privacy that includes a great view with water, fish and wildlife to enjoy. Surrounded by woods on two sides.
