Bright and open with views of the surrounding hills, this comfortable home makes a wonderful base for a Rockaway Beach vacation. Here in the Manhattan Beach section of town, you'll stroll past lovely Lake Lytle on your three-block walk to the beach each morning.

This home sits on the east side of the Oregon Coast Highway, but still a quick stroll to the ocean beach. So much is close by, including Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (one mile), the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad in downtown Rockaway (one mile), Garibaldi (six miles), and Manzanita (12 miles).

Whether you spend your days swimming, surfing, beachcombing, or boogie boarding, you'll delight in coming home to this sunny piece of property. Watch your kids play tag in the grass, light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner, and sip cold drinks at golden hour outside on the deck.

The house is full of sunlight, with the airy living space offering plenty of room to gather. Cook with ease using stainless steel kitchen appliances, sit down to eat at the dining table and breakfast bar, and pile on the sofa to watch movies after dinner. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
