Nea Chora holiday rentals

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was friendly and accommodating. The apartment is modern and stylish, and has a large balcony off the lounge. There is also a private area on the rooftop belonging to the apartment with some loungers. The apartment is in a great location as it is within easy walking distance to old town, plus the beach area which is in the other direction, plus a supermarket.

Superbly located in that it is not far from the old town and is very close to the beach as well as being in a quiet residential area. Has potential but needs a simple makeover. Bedroom are the only air conditioned area....cool air is also needed in the living areas when it is very hot. The living room is small with the oversized sofa taking up a large portion of the area. Get rid of the rusty shower caddy in one bathroom and replace the drainer on the sink. Reorganise the kitchen cupboards so that there is some order. Throw out the chipped plate....noone wants to eat off it. 2 wine glasses aren't enough for 4. Train the existing grape vine on the terrace to give shade for outdoor dining during summer. The old bulky brown furniture adds nothing to the appeal especially the wardrobe which probably never get used but just takes up space. Better mattress would also help as they were very hard and poor quality. Upgrade it, charge and more we would be back. And change the meet and greet person who was objectionable. I'm sure Grandma would not be impressed with the reception that we received.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Seaview apartment. The unit was clean, spacious, modern and well appointed. Michael and Stella were fantastic hosts and were always available to help with any questions or requests. The location of the apartment was very convenient. Under ten minute easy walk to Old town, close to supermarket and very easy for us to park our car on the street outside. If you are planning on staying in Chania i cannot think of a better location or more considerate hosts.
