The Space:
This property is centrally located to Cary, Apex, and Raleigh. Home has everything you need for up to 6 people with a fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, washer/dryer. Televisions in the livingroom and each bedroom with high-speed Wifi. Two Queen Size beds & one Sleeper Sofa. Family-friendly with Pack and play, highchair and kid-friendly servingware provided. Full bathroom has direct access from the livingroom and bedroom #1. Relax on the private deck under an expansive canopy of trees or take a walk on the greenway.

Guests please note there is one full flight of stairs down from the parking lot to the walkway to the property. There is another half-set of stairs up to the private deck and front door. There are no stairs within the property itself.

Guest Access:
Keyless entry via the front door. Guests will have full access to the property other than one locked owner's closet.

The Neighborhood:
The Carmichael neighborhood is nestled in a beautiful wooded area with direct access to the scenic Kildaire Farm Greenway. Both downtown Cary and Apex are a quick 10 minute drive.
