Secluded , beautiful but close!
Wife and went into visit the area, catch a show at Red Rocks and visit the son who is at CU Boulder. This place checked all of the boxes for us. Beautiful neighborhood, excellent views, unique home, secluded and yet close enough to civilization to get out and do service related outings like bars, restaurants and love music!
