About this property

Casita Abeja-North Valley

This space has unique character with up-cycled touches. Custom countertops made from knotted wood doors, barn-wood style headboard, and a variety of light fixtures- both hand crafted and from 5 star hotels.

This bee-utiful cozy casita includes hand picked finishes from local vendors, boutique shops and unexpected inspiring finds. The space was designed to have an open floor-plan feel with the sense of separation, privacy and a touch vibrance and a nod to our favorite pollinators!

This studio is a luxurious but quaint oversized casita. The configuration was created to have an open floor-plan feel with a hint of separation for some privacy. Spaces include a bedroom, office space, living room, kitchen and private back yard. The unit includes a full sized washer/dryer, kitchen is fully stocked, and linens are provided.

Guests will have full access to unit and its attached private yard.

Albuquerque’s North valley is culturally rich and the oldest part of the city. Once primarily farms and agricultural land, the North Valley prides itself on large lots, privacy and quiet. With arroyo walking trails, wild peacocks and the occasional flock of geese flying overhead, the North Valley is close to Downtown, Old Town and the Sawmill District while offering many local New Mexican restaurants, museums and Rio Grande River access.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $25 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $25 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
