This space has been designed for group comfort with a simple classy cozy St Augustine feel. Enjoy artwork featuring adored landmarks from around town, granting the "local" feel during your stay. From morning to evening you will find unique ways to enjoy the space. Take a seat on the front boardwalk or backyard patio as you sip your morning coffee and plan your tourist or beach activities for the day.

To get things started, take a walk to the nearby plaza for a breakfast bite or use a locally recommended brunch spot as a kick-off activity. On the weekend you might catch the farmer's market with locally grown and craft goods at the amphitheater (between downtown and the beaches). After a day of exploring or lounging on the beach, reconnect with everyone at the house to relax and reset, then start into the evening plans. There's even a dedicated hose faucet by the front steps to wash any leftover sand off your feet.

The back patio complete with picnic table, grill, and fire pit is the perfect setting to unwind each evening under the warm glow of the string lights, or you could make the short drive into downtown for the night life. Those who remain at home can use the fully stocked kitchen to prepare a meal and enjoy time together around the table with enough seating for 10 people. Kids and adults alike can play a board game or enjoy a movie as the day winds to a close, only to start again tomorrow! In addition to the black-out window blinds to block any stray light, the bedroom walls have been sound-insulated along with solid core doors to ensure a good night's sleep on the comfy mattresses.
