Not Rent Ready Property
Unfortunately, this property is filthy and poorly maintained. It should not be rented to the public that expects a clean, welcoming and user friendly rental. It should not be on the market until it gets a major deep clean top to bottom, a functional TV, and properly maintained. One of the toilet seats was completely broken off the mounting screws leaving it unusable. Poor quality living room furniture. Dirty fridge inside and out. No toiletries.
