This exceptional property boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, encapsulating the essence of beachfront living with its spectacular ocean views and an inviting balcony that serves as a window to the serene beauty of the Pacific.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and 24-hour security personnel.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
o The condo accommodates up to four guests within its two sumptuously appointed bedrooms.
o The main bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious walk-in closet. It also features a large slider door that provides direct access to the balcony, allowing guests to wake up to the breathtaking ocean vista. It has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower adorned with glass walls and a dual vanity for added convenience.
o The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and ample closet space, complemented by a large window that frames the complex's lush landscaping, adding a touch of nature's tranquility to the room.

Access
o The condo is all yours for the duration of your stay.
o Check-ins are a breeze with a self-operated keypad system.

Rules
o Only guests who have their name on the reservation are allowed on the property – guests may not receive outside visitors.
o Wristbands provided at the time of check-in must be worn at all times while on complex grounds.
o Occupancy may not exceed 4 guests.
o No excessive noise after 10:00 PM.
o No events or parties.
o Smoking is not permitted.
o Pets are not allowed on the property.
o No diving or jumping into the pool.

Guests must comply with all terms and conditions of the agreement. Failure to do so may result in guests being asked to leave the property and/or a fine.

Payment and Refund Policy
o At the time of booking, a 1% payment is required to confirm your reservation. This payment is non-refundable.
o A 50% payment will be automatically charged 29 days prior to arrival. Once processed, this payment is non-refundable.
o The remaining balance (49%) will be automatically charged 6 days prior to arrival. Once processed, this payment is non-refundable.
