The home has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a finished basement, and a large yard surrounding the house (~2 acres) that is full of shade trees and flowers. With two living rooms, on separate floors, a designated office/work space, and three full bathrooms (two showers, one bath/shower combo), you will have plenty of room to stretch out. Enjoy foosball or air hockey (separate tables), or a concrete basketball court. Relax watching horses graze through the front bay window or sit on one of the back decks for a morning coffee or to view sunsets over Cedar Mountain.

I teach preschool special education at a local elementary school in Culpeper. My husband is faculty at UVA, just down the road in Charlottesville. We have two lovely daughters in high school, and a dashingly handsome pup named Montgomery.

Why they chose this property

We live nearby in Madison County, less than 10 miles away, and will happily share advice on local hikes at state and national parks, restaurants, or the plentiful local breweries and wineries.
