Newly remodeled 2 story 3 bedroom home located 3 houses from Lake Michigan. Beautiful views from much of the house and spacious front porch.
Small balcony on second floor also has view of the lake and lighthouse.
Back yard includes a small lawn, patio with outdoor furniture, umbrella and grill.
A chicken coop with 5 hens is also included. Fresh eggs available daily.
(Maintenance of chickens and coop not required.)
Kids' Corner Park and South Beach are one block away.
