About the host
Your host
We love our house. It was a real fixer when we first moved into it in 2013. Now it's large, bright, and warm with lots of customizations. We live in this house most of the time, but decided to make it available when we travel as the location is so invigorating and serene, we don't want it to go to waste. We appreciate you treating it as if it were your own!
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is quiet, hidden, safe, and friendly. We like to think of it as the river's best-kept secret. Neighbors look out for each other, and you can usually see dog walkers, golf cart riders, and people who wave hello when you pass by. Occasionally, you will also catch a pickleball game right on the street near the community boat drop/beach area. Don't run into the net!
What makes this property unique
We have expansive views high enough off the water to not worry about flooding but close enough that you can wave hi to boaters and kayakers. The property is on a point so it feels larger and more private than you would expect.
