NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE

I was not given instructions on how to access the property and the host would not answer the phone or respond to messages. I was left with no place to stay with a child with a brain injury and no one at VRBO or the host did anything to help me. I will never book with VRBO again. And no one can tell me how to get my money back.

Owner double booked and no communication.

Booked and payed 11 days prior. No communication from owner/management even after check in time. VRBO customer service had to get involved and were not very quick to come to resolution, but finally said I would receive a full refund. had to book two hotel rooms last minute hotel rooms instead.
