My name is Neal Harris and I am the property manager of Villa Del Mar (Villa #20). Rocky Point is my family's favorite vacation spot. My kids love spending time on the beach where they have created some of their most cherished family memories. The home is maintained and cleaned by my personal friends, Carlos and Yulma Garcia.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the area and the relaxed atmosphere of life at the beach. It is a wonderful gathering spot. As a parent, it has been magical to watch my children explore the beach and watch the sunset.
What makes this property unique
Villa Del Mar is the best beach home on Sandy Beach! You are literally steps away from the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez - it feels as though the entire beach is your backyard. It is a perfect location for family trips, couples vacations, guys/girls weekends, birthdays and anniversaries. The ocean facing patio has a Jacuzzi Spa and a BBQ grill. The grassy area in front of the patio is perfect for lounge chairs in the sun.
