Walk into your 3 bedroom 2 bath home away from home with full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry. The home sleeps 6. Master bedroom includes a king size bed en suite bathroom with garden tub and shower. The other 2 bedrooms (one bedroom includes 2 twin beds and the other includes 1 queen bed) with shared bathroom. Under this listing, no other guest will be staying. You have the whole house to yourself.
Jax Airport is approx. 14 miles away (20 minutes).
Guest access
You are free to park in the available spaces in the driveway as well as the street in front of the houseThere is a smart lock for entry into the house as well as your individual rooms. Parking is free and available in front of garage and on the street.
There is a bike/walking trail less than a mile outside of the subdivision if you want to explore (please see pictures for address). You can rent 2 bikes during your stay for an additional fee. $30 (1) bike or $50 for both.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. You are welcome to ask questions :-).
