The Summit at Lookout Point sits on top of Fontana Ridge allowing for plenty of privacy and stunning panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The large back deck is covered and equipped with ceiling fans to make sure you stay comfortable. Take in the crisp morning air and watch the golden rays lift over the mountain tops as you sip on a morning cup of coffee at the bar top railing. Two cushioned outdoor couches and one cushioned chair are also located under the covered porch. The porch overlooks an outdoor entertaining area which includes a park-line charcoal grill, two person hammock, a fire pit with four surrounding chairs, and an inviting five person hot tub. The back deck area is a great place for stargazing and getting to catch those perfect mountain sunrises and sunsets. Updated stone veneer around base of the house to give a cozy mountain feel. Note: Charcoal and firewood are not provided

The great room features two sets of french doors to bring in an abundance of natural light and mountain views. The vaulted ceiling allows the beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace to shine as a central feature of the room. Enjoy browsing YouTube TV from the 55” flatscreen TV while snuggling into one of the many cozy furnishings adorning the room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, and small appliances needed to prepare many meals. Also provided is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig for those wanting to enjoy a warm cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Note: K-Cups are not provided
The primary bedroom consists of a king-sized bed and a picture window that shows those gorgeous Smoky Mountains. A flatscreen TV is also provided so you can watch your favorite shows while resting in bed.
Two guestrooms have queen sized beds and ceiling fans. Each room also has their own flatscreen TV with YouTube TV. One guestroom has a large picture window for being able to see those amazing mountains from the comfort of your bed.
The loft area has two twin beds that overlook the great room. It is a great place to see those spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the large windows of the great room.
Private parking is located on premises with additional parking available for large items such as trailers upon request.
No pets are allowed at this property. No smoking is allowed on the premises. The property does have video security monitoring the front perimeter. No private areas are viewable on camera at any time.
The Summit at Lookout Point is centrally located to many activities. We are just 15 minutes away from downtown Bryson City, a town that was voted one of the “Top Ten Outdoor Towns in the East” by Outdoor Magazine and “One of the Most Charming American Towns with Mountain Views” by USA’ Today. Bryson City is home to the Great Smoky Mountain Railway as well as many restaurants, breweries, and shops. Fontana Lake is a short drive away where you can fish, swim, or rent a pontoon boat for the day. The Nantahala Outdoor Center offers whitewater rafting, ziplining, horseback riding, and biking. Deep Creek, located just outside of downtown Bryson City, is where you can find hiking trails, tubing, and places for a scenic picnic by the creek. If golfing is on your to do list the Smoky Mountain Country Club has a beautiful course that is open to the public.
Fontana Road, the gated community The Summit at Lookout Point is in, is a private and quiet neighborhood. The roads are all paved and not too steep. Please be aware once you enter Fontana Ridge, the speed limit is 15 MPH for the safety of both residents and visitors.
