● Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $120 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
● Location: It's a single house, a brand-new property.
● Parking: No parking in garage. Can park on driveway or on the grass
● Climate Control: The house you can adjust the temp by thermostat . Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.
● Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the unit
● The ATV is an additional service that can be rented for $100/hours of use, maximum 2 hours
● The pool will be closed from October to May.
