The unit is not handicapped accessible. There is no elevator and a few steps are required to enter the condo.

Please Note: The County will be clearing out the gulch behind the complex sometime in Nov - April 2025. There may be intermittent periods of dust and some noise. They will also be installing barrier wall to help reduce dust and noise.
