This luxurious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is sure to win you heart with all it has to offer including a hot tub, poker table, and pool table. Perfectly situated for graduations and trainings on the base. Only 5 minutes from Yadkin Gate you won't even have to get on the freeway or worry about traffic. Only 8 minutes from Walmart and the Mall you will be sure to appreciate this prime location.

The Location:

As you enter, be captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere in the main living area of this updated house. The cozy living room layout boasts a couch with lounge perfect for family gatherings and movie nights around the large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area offers seating for six with a large table.

This property features two game rooms. The one with a large poker table for eight players where you can show your friends and family just how good you really are when you take all of their money. The other room has an 8' pool table and flat screen TV where you will spend hours of good times together.

You will be tempted to run to the back patio when you arrive to enjoy the large hot tub for 5-6 people with lounge and multiple jets and lights. The patio also has an outdoor dining table with umbrella and grill area. That's not all. There is a swing set for the kids and a smokless fire pit when the weather is cooler where you can enjoy engaging conversations.

Our vacation home includes free super fast 1 GB Wi-Fi internet access whether you want it for streaming or remote work. Also, there are a washer and dryer for your convenience.

RESERVATION CANCELLES MIDWAY DUE TO SERVICE DOG PRESENCE

The property was great with only minor issues as broken stove nobs and an empty propane tank for the grill. Per ADA, service animals don’t need to be announced, the application only addressed pets, and VRBO apparently recommends all info be shared but doesn’t require it. The disappointment came from the termination without notice and the lack of flexibility when the dog was identified as a service animal. As a final comment, the last ditch effort to beg for staying the final night wasn’t responded to until well over a week from the message sent. Unfortunate, because I travel frequently to Fayetteville, was impressed with the property, and would have stayed often, but the inflexibility for a service dog makes this impossible. So, great place if you don’t have a service dog.

Not the worst but not the best

The home was beautiful and had great potential. The hard wood floors were very clean. The carpet where the pool table is was filthy. The mildew smell and the thick dust on the ceiling fans triggered my nieces allergies and when we returned home you could smell the mildew smell on our things.The beds were not made with detail. One of the bedrooms didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. The front storm door was broke and would not stay shut. There aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms. The A/C system was great. Overall we felt safe, sleep well, and was able to bathed and attend the wedding we were in town for. The home is beautiful and has a lot of potential. House keeping could be better, fix what’s broken, and add some detailed TLC

Potential but need attention

The house was a great location in a really cute and safe-feeling neighborhood. Size was great for group of 7. The hot tub and the poker & pool table were great. Beds were comfortable. Based on the past review (only one) I was a little worried. They did seem to address the lack of TV's by putting TV in every single bedroom. The carpet in the poker room and the shag rugs in the living room and entry are disgusting. I don't know if you could even clean it at this point, it just needs to be tossed and replaced. The kitchen hadpots and pans but no extras that make VRBO's so great. We had to buy pretty much every spice, sugar, flour, oil, a food processor, rolling pin, and measuring cups and spoons to make our Thanksgiving meal possible (all those are still at the house now BTW). The grill had ZERO propane. The storm door doesn't close and bangs in any amount of wind - FIX THAT. Blinds were broken and one set literally fell out of a window while we were watching TV - CHEAP FIX. Also need to provide more towels. I asked for checkout instructions and got a response on checkout day at 9:45am. Someone knocked on the door at 10:18am when we were getting everything ready to go out the door - that has NEVER happened to us before! Checkout was 10 but we travel with a special needs kiddo who sometimes can throw us curveballs. A phone call would have been fine to let us know the cleaning crew was waiting.
