Welcome to those in the area for vacation, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, and all other outdoor activities this beautiful area has to offer. Sit outside on the porch enjoying the views and wildlife. Only three miles south of the town of Dolores, the Dolores river, and McPhee Reservoir. Only seven miles to the town of Cortez. Other nearby attractions include Mesa Verde National Park, Canyon of the Ancients National Monument, and numerous fishing spots.

Less than a mile down the private dirt road sits this one bedroom apartment with queen bed and additional small room with twin bed and trundle. Apartment sits over the detached garage (garage is not accessible to renters). Access to the apartment is up a wooden staircase. Residence is NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE. Host family lives on the property in the main home.

If you're looking for a place with amazing views that is quiet, peaceful and welcoming, this is the place. The apartment has a great balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The hosts were super nice and responsive. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend! The place fit my wife and I, and our 3 kids very comfortably and was spotless!
