Pickleball and tennis courts are also located within the community. Just minutes away from the Gulf Coast Town Center and RSW airport. Beaches are 25 minutes. This fully furnished two bedroom plus den villa offers all the comforts of home. It also has a screened lani so you can enjoy the the outdoors. Available Off-Season at reduced rate.

Esplanade Lake Club is a wonderful new modern resort atmosphere, friendly staff and 1st class facilities. Close to Gulf Cost Town Center, plenty of walking trails and near by restaurants and world class shopping.
What makes this property unique
The only Villa surrounded by high end homes within walking distance to clubhouse. It’s on a fully landscaped corner lot backed up to a manicured canal. Newly built with luxury custom ordered furnishings.
