This is a great location to come relax and enjoy!
Ample boat and trailer parking with security cameras.
Private front porch

Quiet safe neighborhood
A mile from downtown Rockport Arts District, the Marina and lots of shopping
Peaceful and breezy. You can see the Bay from the end of the street.
Inside you will find a Power XL A/F, Keurig, a variety of free coffees, teas, snacks.
Beautiful trees and plenty of shade, huge deck with charcoal and gas grill
Lofted area is big and spacious, tall ceilings.
Dogs are allowed and we provide free treats for the Furry Friends, and water bowls. The backyard is fenced in.
Bay is a 10 minute walk down the road
Please pick up after your pet. You will be charged if you do not!
We are available anytime if you need us, text or call.
Quiet, safe, residential neighborhood, blocks from the bay. Peaceful and breezy. You can see the Bay from the street, short walk to the water.
Property is on a dead end road so no traffic.

Plenty of fishing spots nearby
HEB, great restaurants close by. Wild Prawn and Pier 77 are great.
