No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. (Prior arrangements for certain circumstances may be discussed and considered by host) for approved extra guests the charge is $25 per guest.

No parties/events/large gatherings

Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time at 10 pm

Smart TV is available and has the capability of streaming. Guests are to use their own streaming account platform.

This house has a 5 guest MAXIMUM limit. All guests will be asked to leave and the reservation will be canceled without any refund if this 5 guest MAX limit is broken.

Please take care of the furnishings and property. There will be a $500 fee added in addition to any other costs accompanied by any damage done by the guest, and if any house rules are broken, and must be paid in full by the guest.
