Great location, minutes away from parks & the bike path. Easy access to downtown Rapid City & the Black Hills. Located in a nice neighborhood. Very up to date kitchen & nice deck for eating outdoors with a Blackstone griddle. Large basement living room. Accommodates 8 with beds. 3 bedrooms (cal king, king, and queen) and 4th bed located in living area upstairs (queen murphy bed). All bedrooms equipped with 40in smart tvs, luggage racks, closets/hangers, side tables.
