Looking for a getaway at the beach? Paradise awaits at Beach Bum Villa! Kick off your shoes and get ready to wiggle your toes into the world-famous quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach! This cheerful condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and puts you in the perfect location - just a two minute walk to the beach!

This ground floor condo has a comfortable feel with newly updated coastal décor and a view of the pool from the breezy, screened-in lanai. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. Both bedrooms include spacious closets and flat-screen TVs. In addition, there is a queen size sofa bed in the living area that can comfortably sleep two. The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of opportunities for you and your family to prepare meals together and enjoy them while seated at the dining room table. Free wifi is included.

Bringing the kids? Pack 'n play (please bring your own sheet), booster seat, beach carts, beach chairs and beach toys are included for your convenience.

If you are looking for restaurants, nightlife or shopping, Siesta Key Village is a short distance from the condo. Walk, drive, bike or hop on the free trolley to get to and from the charming and bustling village.

La Siesta offers a heated pool, BBQs, shuffleboard courts, recreation room with pool table & ping pong, a small workout room and laundry. Splendid Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barwon Sapphire. From being an ideal location to having quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Everything was perfect. The property was very clean, had easy booking and access, and is well appointed with plenty of room. Claire was also a pleasure to deal with. Toys and DVDs were an added extra for the kids. We would certainly recommend and will most definitely be back.

The property is in a great location. It is well presented and nice and clean. Everything is comfortable and the property has everything you need. Claire has been very responsive and great to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautifully prepared and clean on arrival, easy access to the premises and close to Hancock street which is just around the corner. The restaurant, cafes and the beach are only minutes away from the apartment. The overall experience was great, if you’re getting away for a couple of days or a week, it’s a perfect destination. I would only recommend that property have wifi.

Great holiday apartment
A very clean, well prepared and fully equipped apartment. Centrally situated but quiet, literally just around the corner from Hitchcock St shops. We very much appreciated Claire being a great help in following up with a lost pair of sunglasses after we had vacated.

A great family break
The property was very clean and thoughtfully styled, while very comfortable. It is also very well equipped with books, magazines, toys and games - our kids found books to read and games to play. Everything was easy and we had a great stay.

A fantastic place to stay! Very clean and the pantry is stocked with all the smaller items you need. Wonderfully family friendly with a PlayStation for the kids, games and plenty of DVDs to choose from. If only we had stayed longer we would have indulged in finishing a puzzle! A great place to escape and enjoy all that Barwon Heads and the surrounds have to offer. Perfect location behind the main street with no street noise. We would highly recommend Barwon Sapphire as your next place to stay! We have also stayed at Ruby on Barwon (managed by the same people) which has the same excellent presentation and needs catered for. (It's just around the corner).

Great location and well appointed and serviced accommodation right in the centre of Barwon Heads
We love Barwon Heads as a holiday location. The combination of sea and river together with the position on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsular makes it a top place to locate in the area. Then there are the local food options. If you haven’t been to Annie’s you haven’t lived and the Hanoi Kitchen serves food to die for. If you are a true romantic then missing a meal every year at the Heads is a personal letdown. Should I go on......? Walk up to the Bluff and watch the sea beat against the sandstone underside of the hill. It will take a long time to grind it all away. A few human lifetimes! You also gain a great view of the coastline around to Port Lonsdale lighthouse and to the west up the downstream reaches of the Barwon River. Hard to figure out what 6 feet of rise in sea levels will do to this coastline but guess the public agencies have their plans in place?!! Or we can just take the risk of doing nothing which will make DT happy. Everybody needs friends. Further afield the Bellarine has much to offer the gourmet and the family group and the views across Port Phillip Bayare wonderful from Port Arlington. We are not big on Adventure Parks but there is plenty to keep you amused. Thank you Barwon and Barwon Sapphire for another piece of our holiday memories.

Stay here once a year with girlfriends - for a catch up and a few games of golf. Comfortable accomodation , walking distance to shops and cafes - can’t fault it.
