Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious one-bedroom and studio suites, nestled in a bright and charming space! These two separate guest homes provide the perfect retreat, featuring open-plan living spaces, modern decor, and brand-new hardwood floors throughout.

Unit 2 is a meticulously redesigned one-bedroom suite, offering a bright and modern living experience with a full kitchen. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 4 guests who enjoy cooking and dining together. This unit does not include a private courtyard but provides a comfortable and private space within the shared property.

Unit 3 is a cozy studio situated on the first floor of a two-story house, offering a private indoor/outdoor experience with access to a courtyard and the shared pool. It's the perfect space for solo travelers or couples seeking a peaceful getaway, with a convenient kitchenette for preparing light meals and snacks. Unit 3 accommodates up to 3 guests.

Both units are part of a shared property, not a private house, with the owners living in the main house and available to assist with any needs during your stay. Each unit boasts a private entrance and a range of amenities including heating, air conditioning, TV, cable, WiFi, coffee, tea, and more. Plus, we're pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to join!

The property features a year-round outdoor pool, shared with the main house but rarely used by the owners. Access to the pool is from 9 am to 7 pm, and it is not heated. The pool is available by appointment for a $50 per session fee. Please be aware that the pool may not be accessible throughout the entire day, so advance booking is necessary to secure your preferred time.

Located in the charming neighborhood of Valley Village, our property is conveniently close to shopping, dining, and all major freeways, allowing you to explore all that LA has to offer with ease.

- Quiet hours between 10pm-7am
- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. - No smoking inside or outside.
- If you smoke you agree to be subject to 500 dollar fee
- No drugs tolerated of any kind
- No unreasonably loud music
- No music outside past 9pm
- Pet fee: $40 per pet per stay or $300 pet security deposit, depending on the length of stay
- Parking in driveway is allowed on the left side only and please pull the car up as close to the garage as possible :)
- If you need to access laundry room please contact us and we will arrange access for you
- Guests must set up an appointment for pool usage. Requests must be submitted at least 24-48 hours in advance and are subject to host approval.
