~ FAQs~
Who stays at your properties?

Is the area safe?
» Yes, we are in a safe, lakefront community.
Is the house equipped for business-travelers?
» We provide high-speed WiFi & a dedicated workspace with triple monitors- great for working from home or streaming online. The best view of the lake is from the master suite workspace.
Other Things to Note:
» The neighbors in our building are our friends, and we look out for one another. Enjoy our home as your own and treat our neighbors as you would want to be treated.
» The HOA graciously allows short term rental, and we want to do whatever we can to maintain that privilege. Please help us by adhering to the HOA rules provided with your rental booking.
» Two vehicles are the maximum allowed during your stay. Trailers, mobile homes or campers are not allowed in the parking area.
» The maximum number of occupants at any time is 10.
» Boats are easy to rent in our cove at either Oconee Wild Sports or Young Harris and can be tied off at either of our docks during the day.
» Fish cannot be cleaned or stored in or around our building. Please use marinas such as Sugar Creek for cleaning fish.
» A note about bugs: These creatures reside in nature and live at the lake like we do, but they are good at keeping their distance from us. We cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. Our home is regularly serviced by a local pest control company. Please help us keep out any creepy crawlers by keeping doors and windows closed.
