A 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment with two queen beds located in a historic building in the heart of Downtown Morgantown. Located within a walking distance to the downtown WVU campus and within 3 miles to WVU Coliseum and WVU Football Stadium. This apartment is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave but many restaurants are within walking distance. Located on the second floor with stairs to climb. Please note there is no parking included with this apartment. There is metered parking located directly across the street from the building and a parking garage is within one block of the building.

Girls trip

I came to Morgantown to visit my friends from WVU as we have all graduated and moved away. This property was one of the reasons why the trip was so great. The location is right on high street and everything important is in walking distance. The property was very safe and clean, I loved how it felt like a hotel with a little bit of homeyness. I would definitely consider rebooking on my next trip to Morgantown!

Cute place, in the heart of Morgantown

The place was beautiful, comfy couch and in the heart of Morgantown. The only thing that I would recommend is a noise cancelling machine or earplugs. It was so loud at night from the students at the bars that I could not sleep.

Great Stay

It was perfect for our girls trip. Clean, spacious, nice decor, dishes, very comfortable couches and beds. Wouldn’t want a hotel room if this place is available. Walking distance to everything. Could use a full length mirror somewhere in the unit.
