Renovated home with fabulous sunrise views

A Special Properties Rentals offering for 2024. This split level single family residential property features a brand new renovation, fresh decorations, new appliances and linens. The home provides generous sleeping for up to 10 people with an open floor plan and plenty of common area space. The upper level has two king bedrooms, an updated kitchen with common living space. Enjoy cocktails and conversation on the front deck with awesome bay/lake views. The rear deck has a small outdoor dining table for a relaxing meal outside. Downstairs are another two bedrooms (one queen bedroom, 2 double beds bedroom), a common bath and more common gathering space. Outdoors enjoy the Norwegian Bay nature boardwalk. Boat rentals and boat launches are available at the nearby Baptist Assembly. The house is a short drive to the Golf Digest's featured golf courses of Lawsonia and is centrally located to other world class golf such as Erin Hills, Whistling Straights, and Sand Valley among others. Please note that this house does not have lake access.
