We offer a private studio located on the side of our home with a private entrance and smart lock for Self check in. 🛌 Queen bed and comfy pillows and linens ☕️ A coffee station, microwave and mini fridge, there’s also a TV with different entertainment channels. 🛁 A clean private bathroom with all the essentials where you can take a shower after a long day of visiting Florida. Split AC unit in the space for you to regulate the temperature at your own convenience. 🚪 A private entrance with smart lock for self check-in (code will be sent your reservation date) 🌱 and a cozy outdoor space to chillax and unwind.

Our place is located just a short distance away from Clearwater beach (10mins - 3 miles) which is known for its stunning white sand and crystal clear water. 🚘 Dunedin is about 15mins away - 4 miles. If you're looking for things to do, there are plenty of options nearby. You can go kayaking, paddleboarding, biking or even take a dolphin watching tour. There's something for everyone! 🗺️ We have put together a guide with places and information for our guests, feel free to ask me for it 😃
