Welcome to our charming centrally located retreat near Waco, Texas! Nestled in a quiet, safe, family neighborhood, our beautifully renovated home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Step inside to discover spacious living areas adorned with tasteful decor, large windows, which create a warm and inviting ambiance.
Conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from Magnolia, Baylor University and Waco Surf. Our home is the ideal base for exploring all that Waco has to offer.

Milo - 10 Miles - Great restaurant in downtown Waco. Good for a nice night out or brunch/lunch
