About this property

Come and enjoy our Charming 3 bed house, granite eat in kitchen island , new kitchen floor, freshly painted , flat screen TV, wifi , central ac and stainless appliances . If you like the outdoors than this is the place for you as we have 3 separate spaces(a deck, a patio and Carport which is great to enjoy away from the sun or on a rainy day). We LOVE the fact that you can walk to the track as it is blocks away. We also walk to SPAC for concerts through the beautiful avenue of the pines but it is over a mile away so that may be too far of a walk for some people. Three of our favorite restaurants are blocks away (Pennels, Horseshoe and Mexican Connection). I have owned and managed rental properties for over ten years and I am always willing to answer any questions you may have.

Great location and lot of activities to do

The listing was accurate. It was clean and well-maintained with a lot of character -- the living space is decorated with lots of classic rock memorabilia. The owner is very hospitable, responsive, and respected our privacy. I would recommend this property for couples. The race course was not open, but we did go to the dirt race car track in Malta, the Dave Matthews concerts at SPAC, a BBQ competition, fireworks, and we enjoyed shopping and lots of great restaurants in town especially walking up & down Broadway. There are also some great roof top bars and lots of live music. We'll probably be back once the track opens if we have another opportunity to get away from the city. Thanks Jay!
