It’s located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute bike ride to the St. Simons Pier Village, and Neptune Park. The Village offers a variety of great shops, and many amazing restaurants offering a variety of delicious seafood, and southern flavors. We have provided a detailed information book for your convenience, an included a list of our favorite dining spots throughout the island.

This property comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds.. The living room also offers a sleeper sofa large enough for 2 guests.  The open kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and utensils. The dining area has seating for six. The shaded patio has a new Weber charcoal grill, and is only steps away from the pool, covered game and gathering area, and laundry facility.

All linens, towels and cookware are provided. *Please bring your own beach towels. The Housekeeping fee includes: paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, hand soap, bath soap, and trash bags.
