To make travel even easier during your stay, you'll also have access to a golf cart with a dedicated parking spot.

When you aren't dining out, you'll discover that the full kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Dining with your loved ones is just as easy underneath the glow of the dining table's chandelier.
Smart TVs are available throughout the home in both the living room and each of the bedrooms. Lovely views of the surrounding coastal scene are also available from every room of the home. Weekly fireworks shows can be seen from the condo bay windows! A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the interior amenities. Starting on 1/20/25, the complex will undergo extensive exterior restoration. Construction equipment, workers, and noise will be present.

Dedicated parking spot for one car and provided golf cart. Overflow guest parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: No RVs, boats, trailers, rental golf carts, motorcycles, etc. are allowed inside the resort.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
