Our well stocked gulf-front condo on the east side of building is very charming and beautifully decorated. The unit has one bedroom, built-in bunk bed and your own private balcony for you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 14th floor, you get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf and your own privacy as well.

Our unit has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32' cable TV, phone and bathroom access through bedroom to bath. Along the hallway is the built-in bunk bed. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32' flat panel led HGTV with cable, DVD player, stereo system with Ipod dock/cd and phone.

**THE UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR ELECTRIC RANGE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE,COMPLETE COOKWARE SET AND UTENSILS, COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, SLOW COOKER (CROCK POT) AND MORE....

**A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO INSIDE THE UNIT.

** WIFI INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE CONDO AND AT STARBUCKS.

Emerald Beach Resort has the best location in Panama City Beach. It features a large gulf front swimming pool (heated during winter time) and hottub. Another 2 pools across street, one geared to kids with bucket dumps, and another hottub! located just a couple minute walk to Sharkeys for great food and drinks. It is also located 20 minute walk to Dan Russell Fishing Pier and Pier Park Shopping Center (restaurants, movie theatre department store, gift shops are and more...).

All monthly rentals will be charged $200 monthly utility fee and a $190 cleaning fee.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am).
2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP
3. Please wash the used sheets/pillowcases and start in dryer prior to departure.
4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out (trash chutes are
located both to the east and west of unit by elevators).
5. Remove used linens from main bed.
6. Remove used linens from sleeper sofa.
7. Remove used linens from bunk beds.
8. Please don’t forget to leave all the resort wrist bands (there will be a charge of
$10.00 for each unreturned resort/pool tags).
9. Please close the balcony sliding door and lock the front door.

Family Vacay

We decided to go away on a special family vacation to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. She picked Florida for the destination and from there we went on VRBO and looked for a place on the Gulf Coast and stumbled upon this adorable condo at Emerald Beach Resort. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The condo offered everything we needed and the views from the oceanfront balcony were absolutely stunning! Ethann, our condo owner/property manager was great to work with! You were made to feel welcome and like you were truly an important guest at the VRBO property and not just someone else staying there. We have nothing but great things to say about our time away and our stay at Emerald Beach Resort #1432! It was paradise 🌴

Amazing 😍

I could not be more happy about my stay. If there were more stars to give I would. The host was so nice and helpful. The view was breathtaking. I did not have one issue or complaint. I had so much peace and relaxation. Exactly what I needed. The condo was so nice and clean. It is close to everything. Perfect location!! I highly recommend!! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Convenient Beachfront - Great Stay

Everything was great. Ethann was very helpful with information to help us check in without any issues. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking and access was easy and secure. Would certainly stay here again.

Great find at a great facility!

We enjoyed our short stay at this propery. It is just the right size for a small family. Comfy bed. Well lit. The scent used was appealing. The Odells were wonderful hosts. They were such a joy to deal with. Very kind people. We really enjoyed their condo.

Wonderful stay

Loved the resort. Elevators were fast. Everyone was nice and helpful. Loved talking to the owner. She was nice and fun sense of humor! Room and resort was perfect for our little family! Would stay here again!

Bed is comfy but need a running start if less than 6 feet tall!!

Bed was comfortable but very high and a step stool would have been nice. I’m 5’6” so not short. Furnishings pictured in listing were not accurate. Couch was different and not comfortable. Chair was not a recliner and also not comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher work, but made very loud noises. Attempted email and text communications with owner on multiple occasions and never received a response. Overall stay was fine, 14th floor offers great view.

Perfect Spot and Beautiful condo!!

We stayed at the Emerald Resort across from Wyndham. We were beach side on the 14th floor overlooking the ocean. It was beautiful. Right next to seafood, pizza , grocery, shopping and much more!! There was a Starbucks in the lobby of Wyndham. Emerald and Wyndham are connected by a sky bridge, so access is easy. The beach was very clean and the water as well. Nice kid pools with a variety of kids games with arcade all on the property! The only thing that was an inconvenience was pur golf cart rental was not allowed to be parked on property overnight. Not a big deal, but an inconvenience. Overall, still gets 5 stars!

Wonderful Stay

Mrs Ethann was an absolutely wonderful host. We were able to check in a little earlier than expected to start our vacation and that in its self was great . Check in was a breeze. Check out was Unfortunate due to we Love the Beach ⛱️ . Only minor problem was the mattress a tad bit uncomfortable And We are Use to A King😬. But other than that we will be back and Surely Rent from Mrs Ethann Again . Our stay was Amazing..Thank you So Much...

Nice space with a great view.

Hosts were very friendly and informative. The resort has everything you need with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. The condo was very clean with a perfect view of the gulf.

Condo was clean. The air conditioning was not really keeping the condo cool . Stayed at 75 the whole week which was very uncomfortable especially at night. Husband got stuck in a elevator for over 30 minutes. No coolers at the pool was a bit ridiculous . Because they wanted you to only buy drinks from them that where very overpriced.
