Welcome to our Bayside Family Oasis!

Prepare for a seamless stay as we provide a comprehensive binder filled with local dining recommendations, house instructions, and more. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary towels, sheets, coffee, tea, cups, dishes, dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
There is also a beach wagon, baby pop up tent and medium size cooler with wheels to make your trips to the beach easy, just remember your own beach towels.

The Space:
This spacious retreat features four bedrooms and 2 baths, including a dedicated kids playroom in Bedroom 4, as well as a laundry room and a versatile office/workout space. With two living areas equipped with smart TVs for streaming, relaxation is guaranteed for everyone.

Step outside to discover our large heated pool, complete with a slide suitable for children up to 100 lbs. For outdoor dining, our kitchen boasts a gas grill, two burners, and a beverage refrigerator. Safety is paramount, with a child-safe gate available around the pool upon request.

Rinse off in the solar-heated outdoor shower after a day of fun in the sun, and store your beach essentials in our provided outdoor shed, which includes 2 beach chairs, a stand-up paddleboard, pool toys, floats, and corn hole.

For added convenience, enjoy the use of small appliances such as a coffee pot, Margarita machine, air fryer, and toaster during your stay. Bring your own beach towels.

Located just one block over in either direction, Hollywood Ave and Broadway Ave offers access to beautiful sunsets by the bay. We kindly ask guests to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere and be considerate of our neighbors, with outdoor music off by 10pm and strictly no parties or glass bottles in the pool area.
