Amazing stay!
We had a wonderful time at Blue Mountain Chalet 9L.
There was lots to do in the cottage; ping pong, fooseball, boardgames w big playing table, sauna, campfire, etc! We enjoyed it all!
All amenities were working well and ready for use! Great place to have a little vacation any time of the year!
3 minute drive to the beach and 15 minute walk to the village!
Very welcoming atmosphere and beautiful cottage! Great hosts and service!
Loved it and plan to go back soon!

We mostly enjoy the dining area with a lot of utensils and the spacious living area.
Based on the price, the chalet meets our expectation.

Awesome
The cottage was as advertised, it was spacious and accommodating. Everything worked, they even provided a welcome basket that included my favorite brand of coffee, Kicking Horse 🐎! We had a great time and will book again. Our host Mary was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied with everything ❤️

We had a great time at the Chalet, will book again next year.
The Chalet was not as good as it appears from the outside. It's clean, spacious and no foul odors. Kitchen has everything you need. Overall, it is a good place for a big family. Actually, 14 adults and 6 kids can fit perfectly and comfortably in the rooms.
My experience was overall good property owners were very helpful and kind the place was a nice open concept with comfy decor and a nice scenic view of the slopes my only issue was the pictures posted lead me to believe that the rooms with out bunk beds were queen sized beds but it did state in the description twin/single beds and I found it kind of cold other than the main floor which was the living room and kitchen but other than that it was a great accommodation that I would recommend to anyone that’s planning a big group trip to the blue mountains

This chalet is very run down and needs a little TLC. There were torn carpets, WELL used furniture, broken doors on the fridge and broken door in the basement, moldy shower curtains and mold on the bathroom ceilings. The vent in the kitchen was so dirty and filled with garage.
Upon our arrival nothing was shovelled so the walk way and the stairs were very slippery. We had to shovel and lay salt down just to get our parents inside. Upon stepping inside there were no sheets on the beds nor towels??? Which was not on the listing nor was I noticed about this before had. The owner was contacted and reply very quickly but informed us that it was 120 dollars more for sheets and towels. This is outrageous as we paid a fortune to stay there… there also was no hot tub which was on the listing and stated that one was put on the property in June 2022!!!
Listing also stated that wood was provided for the fire pit but NO wood was left for us! But they did give us a s’more kit???
There also were no paddles for the pin pong table and we had to ask the neighbours if we could use there.
To top off the whole trip the thermostat kept kicking in and out. I would have to connect the owners (which he would respond quick) and have him turn the heat back up and at night the house would drop down to 16 degrees. My elderly parents were freezing.
We would never stay here again and don’t believe it was worth the money we paid for it!!
Enjoyed our stay! The place was easy to find on a secluded road with a nice stream in the back. Very close to Blue Mountain village, less than a 5 minute drive to the parking lot. Collingwood is only about 10 minutes down the road with plenty to do.
The layout had some pro's and cons, the only real con being that there really is only one washroom which is on the main level, the second is an ensuite. My ederly mother had a hard time going from the main area to the washroom but we chalked it up as her getting her exercise.
To explain better the upper level has the kitchen, living room and dining room. The main level has the main washroom and three bedrooms, one with an ensuite. All were furnished with two twin beds and one night stand. Lower level had three more bedrooms all with double over double bunks. Also a bar and ping pong table were down there which was lots of fun.
A few extras would've made our stay top notch such as bar stools or any seating in the lower level, mirrors in bedrooms to get ready given the limited bathroom and a couple extra hand towels in bathrooms to last for our stay with that many people. As for other needs, there weren't any. This place was fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils, games and the biggest bonus was a second fridge for drinks! The wrap around upper deck was nice but if it was too cold the place has giant windows all around the upstairs to enjoy the scenery. Owners communication was excellent.
Very clean, owners were responsive, good location, big property - all my friends had fun.
