Beautiful Mullet lake one block away, two boat launches within two miles, swimming/fishing. Home has small gym, large deck for grilling, bonfire pit, a lot of amenities. Kayaks and fishing tackle available. Very close to Indian River with bars/restaurants.

This rental is the hosts personal residence and not a vacant rental property. His personal belongs are in the home making less space in the refrigerator and the kitchen cabinets for our groceries to prepare our meals. One of the beds in the larger room is blow up camping mattress and not a regular bedmattress and not a regular bed. larger

Really nice location and lovely home.

We were up for a family gathering and this gem of a place was the perfect place to stay. I wish we had more time to walk the neighborhood and explore, maybe next time. It was a better than great alternative to a motel, that’s for sure.

Great location and great hosts!

We loved the location of this property. It was right near all the best beaches and attractions in Indian River. Mike and Nancy were an absolute pleasure to rent from and it is clear they take pride in the comfort of their guests.
