It's wonderfully quiet, but you'll find great restaurants, pubs and other local amenities within walking distance in the authentic Cypriot village of Peyia.

Beautiful beaches and nature are only ten minutes away. The harbour of Paphos and the old town can be reached in half an hour.

The centrepiece of the flat is the 18 m² terrace with fantastic sea views. Here you can chill out to your heart's content and enjoy a sundowner.

Inside, there is a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, a living/dining area with another sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with bathtub.

The flat can accommodate up to four guests. It is ideal for families, older people, couples or singles who just want to relax and unwind.

Simply your perfect place to relax and unwind. And your ideal base for exploring the surrounding beaches, the Akamas Nature Park, the historical sights of the area, the hilly hinterland with its vineyards and the charming traditional villages and Paphos itself.

The flat is located in the quiet upper part of the traditional village of Peyia and is within walking distance of the village square with restaurants and bars, supermarket and bakery, pharmacy and post office.

Whether it's the royal tombs, sea caves and EDRO shipwreck, historical mosaics, small wineries in the hinterland or the Blue Flag sandy beaches of Coral Bay - you certainly won't be bored!

Stroll through the restored old town of Paphos or along the harbour or book a boat trip from there.

If you're looking for a little more entertainment, there's a whole street of bars and restaurants in the Coral Bay area just 10 minutes away or at Paphos harbour in half an hour.

There is a bus to Coral Bay (and from there to Paphos), but we recommend hiring a car. We can help with this, please contact us!

We can also recommend someone reliable for a taxi service from the airport. Approx. 50 EUR depending on the time of day.

Please note:

The air conditioning units are equipped with a coin-operated machine. We will give you enough to start with so that you are covered for the first week and get a feel for how much power the units need for continuous operation. This way, both sides can be sure that electricity consumption won't get completely out of hand. And it's also better for the environment because the air conditioners won't be running pointlessly. :-)

The pool is currently closed due to EU legislation, as is the case in most centres in Paphos. May change at any time, as of 15.5.24.
