This cute home has the privacy and feel of the country yet is only 1mile from interstate I-75. Less than 10 minutes to Piedmont Hospital and numerous attractions. The convenience can't be beat. Enjoy the relaxation of the three fourths wrap around deck. Outdoor table and chairs face a wooded backyard. On cool nights you can enjoy a small fire in the chimenea.
The kitchen and breakfast area are an open design that leads to a comfy living room. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with a garden tub.
There is a finished basement available for storage, a small ping pong table and laundry room. There is a 2 Car Garage with another entrance to the home. Great to have on a rainy day.

I am originally from New Jersey, but that was over 50 years ago. I am a single mother, and my daughter is now moving away to continue college. I've decided that I want to travel in my new RV. I felt opening my home to other travelers was a wonderful way to help others on their journeys and hope my home is something special that they will remember in years to come!

I chose this neighborhood because it is safe, has lots of trees and is quiet.
What makes this property unique
I love the fact that I feel as though I am in a beautiful forest yet only 1mile away from a major highway. It's so convenient to many things. I can go to Atlanta, only 40 minutes away. Take advantage of day use parks to lie at the beach or hike numerous trails. Enjoy unique restaurants in Downtown Cartersville as well as the numerous museums!
