There are 4 decks to enjoy with front and rear decks on the second and third floors. First floor has three bedrooms; full bed, queen bed with twin daybed in the room, twin over full bunk. The living room with a gas fireplace, is located on the second floor with a new kitchen and center island with seating for 4. There is also a deck off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. The third floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king the other a queen, full bath, and two separate decks. Off street parking for 2 vehicles, storage shed, outside shower and large fenced in back yard. Owner provides 8 beach tags, beach cart, umbrella and 4 beach chairs. Walking distance to everything, beach, dining, recreation, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground and a bay front promenade that offers crabbing, fishing and gorgeous sunsets. Sorry, no pets
