301 Frances Avenue is a beautiful Delaware Bay beachfront home. Enjoy vacationing in this contemporary home nestled in the sand dunes of the popular Delaware Bay beach. The first floor has a living room with a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and sliding doors out to your deck and private, fenced in backyard on the bay. Also on the first floor is your dining room with great water views, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, is on the second floor as well as the second bathroom. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars and plenty of parking on the street. (owner brings dog if there are severe allergies) Small dogs will be considered.

Absolutely loved this house!
The location was amazing - the view from the deck was perfect! The house was very well designed and had everything we needed. Would love to rent this house again!

Pretty view
The view was pretty but the water really wasn't suitable for swimming. The neighborhood seemed a bit run down too. The house was tidy. But the amount of flies inside when we arrived was horrible. We had to keep our food on our plates and drinks covered throughout our stay
