Enjoy the coastal life in Belmar, just minutes away from beaches, restaurants, and transportation. This well furnished home has central air, wifi, off street parking, Sonos, fenced in patio w/BBQ and outdoor furniture, beach chairs, towels, and 2 Belmar beach badges. The front porch has stunning sunset views of the Marina.

This home is the perfect summer getaway and has never been available for a summer rental before.

Situated on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, you'll love the large private fenced in patio with dining table, BBQ grill and large seating area with outdoor sofas and chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning or cocktails after the beach. You'll also enjoy the views from the covered front porch of the Belmar Marina and Shark River.

We want to make your stay is easy, so we've provided 2 Belmar season beach badges, beach towels and chairs for use during your stay.

The home has plenty of sleeping options with two bedrooms (one queen, two twins) with a bonus third room/sun porch which has a full size sleeping futon - and, the living room has a sleeper sofa. All linens (sheets, towels) provided.

Private driveway parking fits up to two cars with additional on-street overnight parking.

Washer and dryer in the basement for guest use free of charge. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Fios high speed internet included.

Conveniently located to all the NJ Shore offers - a 5-10 minute Uber ride to Asbury Park and the Stone Pony, 2 walkable blocks to the NJ Transit Belmar station, and 7 blocks to Boardwalk Beach and D'Jais.

This house sits on a big corner lot with a beautifully landscaped yard and off street parking. Plus, It's quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully.

This house is well appointed and perfect for enjoying the NJ Shore in the summertime. Everything is on one floor (except the washer/dryer which is in the basement). The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and the property is well landscaped. Plus, this is a quiet neighborhood which means you will get a great night's sleep while you're there.
