This property has an amazing lakeside view, where you can fish, kayak, SUP (kayak & SUP not provided) and enjoy the view. House is perfect for a family get together, friends weekend, golf, reunion, or just a getaway. Centrally located in Indio, minutes from Coachella Festival, Stagecoach, Casinos, Shopping, Restaurants, right off the freeway. It is in a wonderful gated community called Terralago with a security guard at the entrance.
